Our founder and the GVB team
Michael Romin
General Manager
Michael Romin formerly Geiselberger, founder and managing director of the company GVB-geliMED entered the medical industry in 1988 at the company NBN Medizinelektronik as service manager Germany.
After the sale of NBN Medizintechnik to vickers medical, Michael Romin became technical manager for Vickers Medical Germany. In 1992, the company's business units were separated and Michael Romin became Business Unit Manager Germany, moving from the technical area to sales.
In 1994, the company was sold to Heinen & Löwenstein and Michael Romin's path led to Waltergraphtek, the leading EEG manufacturer at the time. At the same time, he founded the company geliMED in Germering near Munich and started trading in medical consumables. In the same year, Michael Romin decided to leave Waltergraphtek again and devote himself entirely to accessories.
