With this small "guide" we would like to make the use of GVB "ONLINE" as easy as possible for you and prevent as far as possible all arising questions. Possibility 1: You are not logged in to the store. Click on the link "LOGIN - Customer registration" on the start page and log in with your access data. Only when prices are displayed, the button "Add to cart" also appears.
Possibility 2: You are not yet activated for the price display. Please follow point 3 (registration) of this quick guide.
Possibility 3: You still have to make a selection for the product you have chosen. On the right side you will find one or more selection boxes that are still "waiting" for information from you. Only when you have made all the selections will the "Add to Cart" button appear. This is to protect you from ordering an item without correct information.
Simply click on the text link "Shopping cart" in the header above or on the button "Show item" below and you will be taken directly to the shopping cart. If you now click on "Order", you will be guided through the ordering process.
Answer: Answer: Click on the link "LOGIN / Customer registration" on the start page (as for a normal login). Below the fields where you would actually enter your login data, you will find a text link "Forgot password". If you click on this link, you will be taken to a next page where you will be asked for your email address. Here you must enter the email address that you also used during registration, otherwise the software will not be able to assign you. If you have entered the email address correctly, you will automatically receive a "NEW", randomly generated password within a few seconds. You can then use this to log into your GVB account and change the password.
To log out, first go to "My GVB account" in the header area of the home page. On the right side of your customer profile, you will see "Logout Logout" as the last text link. If you click on this and confirm with "back" on the following page, you will be back on the start page and logged out.
Log in under "My GVB account" and click on "My orders" in the menu on the right side of your GVB account. Here you can now view your orders placed with GVB "but only online orders" and e.g. check the processing status.
