Complaints and returns

We endeavor to deliver your order to you in full and on time.

When you receive your order, please check it is correct and complete.

Returned goods

Returned goods can be items that were ordered incorrectly or also incorrectly delivered. The items in a return must not be used and must be in the original packaging.

In the event of a return, you will receive a credit note or an exchange, depending on your requirements.

If it is a special item or custom-made, it is not possible to return the item you ordered.

Please note that in the event of a return, up to 20% of the value of the goods may be charged as a handling fee. 

Complaints

A complaint arises if the item delivered by GVB-geliMED has a defect. Complaints can only be processed and recorded with prior notice to the employees of GVB-geliMED.

As soon as the item has arrived at GVB-geliMED, it is checked in the medical technology department and, depending on requirements, the product is exchanged, repaired or you receive a credit note.

In case of complaint or return, please let us know the reason for your concern and return the goods to us after consultation.
